International Research College for Sales Management
Novancia Business School Paris has partnered with the L’Oréal Sales Academy (LSA), the Commercial University of L’Oréal, to create the International Research College for Sales Management.
The mission of this sales function observatory is to analyze the characteristics of and developments in the profession and the necessary conditions for skills transfer and leverage to support L’Oréal’s successful commercial growth strategy.
This unique 3-year partnership will involve both the Research and the Continuing and Executive Education departments of Novancia. It will allow teacher-researchers and experts in continuing education to work together in a joint reflection on the system set up by L’Oréal to optimize the performance of its sales force. An original way for the School to be at the heart of a thinking process linked to the very professions for which it prepares its students.
As part of this partnership, Novancia and the LSA have published their first survey of the job of sales representative from the viewpoint of their managers.
